We have just sold this 0.28 acre freehold site, adjacent to Queenborough Creek.

Originally placed on the market in July 2015, this site has development potential for a range of commercial or residential development, subject to obtaining the appropriate planning consents.

The Wharf comprises five buildings all of which appear to be at least 50 years old and are generally constructed with a lightweight steel frame and clad with profiled steel and corrugated cement sheeting. The units have mainly been used for metal fabrication with ancillary offices and a WC.
