Building Contract Administration

We advise the private, educational and commercial sectors and are able to deliver a project on time whilst ensuring costs are managed effectively.

We provide Contract Administration under the JCT form of contracts to administer the building contract between the contractor and the client following planning approval and during the construction project ensuring the correct contractual procedures and good administrative practices are followed.

Our primary role is to enable information flow to contractors, to ensure notices are served and contracts are followed, to issue payment certificates and to deal with time related issues.

In addition to the Contract Administrator service we can also provide pre-contract services in conjunction with our Development Consultancy and Architectural services; where we are able to take a project from feasibility through to completion dealing with all aspects of the delivery of a development project.
