Adrian was born and continues to reside in Kent. He graduated from the University of Greenwich and qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2000.
He worked for Bedford Partnership Chartered Building Surveyors before joining Harrisons in 2010 to head up the Building Surveying division working alongside the practice directors and was appointed a Director himself in 2014.
Adrian is passionate about classic cars and actively involved with the Opel Manta Owners Club. A keen supporter of heritage and conservation through the National Trust, he enjoys exploring historic sites with his family and walking his dog in the Kent countryside.

Brian is a Man of Kent, born in the Medway Towns where he continues to reside. His career began with 12 years based in the City of London, working nationally and rising to the position of Associate Partner at McDaniel & Daw Chartered Surveyors, where he principally acted for pension and investment fund clients. In 1984, he became a joint founding partner of Harrisons.
Brian has an extensive background in property, initially specialising in Building Surveying and Project Management. He continues to serve as a Consultant to the firm, with a particular focus on Development Consultancy and Site Acquisition.
Over the years he has invested much of his spare time into the local community having chaired various organisations ranging from industrial associations, enterprise agencies, business clubs and a long standing association with the Rotary Community Service Organisation.
He is also currently a Trustee of two local Charities but still finds time to enjoy various sports, particularly football (Liverpool) & motor sports.

Douglas was born and raised in North London and Enfield, attended the Latymer School and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1978. He has both public and private sector experience having spent several years in the West End and City of London dealing with Property Management, Building Surveying and Project Management.
He began his career in the Architect’s Department at Essex County Council, working on special projects, and later joined city surveyors McDaniel and Daw as a Project Manager, acting on behalf of pension and investment fund clients. A joint founder of Harrisons in 1984, he continues to serve as a Consultant to the firm, with a focus on development site appraisals, disposals, and property management matters.
Aside from property, his interests include sport, particularly golf and the Spurs, classic cars and the Rotary Organisation.

Jeremy was born in Whitstable and now lives near Canterbury. He studied at the College of Estate Management, part of Reading University and began his career at Ward and Partners where he trained in Commercial and Residential Agency, Professional and Property Management work.
After working at a few Kent based surveying practices including Cluttons over a period of 25 years, he joined Harrisons in 2015 to concentrate on Mixed Use Development and Commercial Agency work in North and East Kent, whilst providing associated professional services advice to clients.
Out of the office Jeremy has been a School Governor, Parish Councillor, member of the Enterprise Board at the University of Kent and sat on the Board of the Chamber of Commerce. His interests include classic cars, historic motor racing and travel.

Jonathan was born in Kent and now lives in Maidstone with his family. He studied at the College of Estate Management, University of Reading, and began his career in 1987 with Walter and Randall in Chatham. During his time there, he gained experience in both Professional and Commercial Agency work across Kent, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1996.
In 2000, Jonathan joined Harrisons’ Commercial Agency Team as an Associate Partner. He primarily handles Commercial Agency instructions throughout Medway, Mid and West Kent, and also provides professional services advice in support of his main role.
Outside of work, Jonathan leads an active lifestyle playing tennis, swimming, hiking, and travel. He also channels his creativity playing guitar having played in many local bands. He also enjoys cooking and the occasional glass of good wine!

Born in Essex and now living in Southfleet Kent, Jonathan gained his surveying degree at the University of the West of England in Bristol and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2009.
He started his professional career at Richard John Clarke, moving to Copping Joyce in the West End in 2003 carrying out a variety of Valuation and Development work, including Viability Appraisals in support of Section 106 agreements at the planning application stage.
He joined Harrisons in 2013 and provides a range of advice on Valuation, Viability and other development matters. Jonathan is a keen Spurs supporter but seems to spend most weekends doing DIY.

Karen was born in Croydon, Surrey and moved to Gillingham, Kent in 1987. After studying at Carshalton College she joined Barclays Bank where she worked in a number of branches in South London and the South East for over 15 years.
In 2001 she joined Harrisons from Arun Estates Surveying Department to carry out various secretarial/administrative roles. She presently supports the Building Surveying Department on a part time basis.
Karen plays badminton in her spare time and is a founder member of the Hundred of Hoo Badminton Club.

Lok Shing Wong
Assistant Valuation Surveyor
Lok was born in Hong Kong and is now resident in Gravesend. He gained his university degree in Actuarial Science at City University London, and then went on to study his master’s Surveying degree at The University College of Estate Management.
He started his career as cabin crew for Cathay Pacific Airways over a three year period before working for a land and property data collection company based in Leicester. In 2019, he joined Harrisons as a Graduate Valuation Surveyor and is responsible for assisting and managing contact with clients, site visits, property inspections, valuation and reporting.
In his free time, Lok enjoys driving and going on road trips, playing basketball, and is also a keen supporter of Chelsea Football Club although begrudgingly takes his Spurs supporting wife to Tottenham.

Tony Palmer

Tony was born in London and raised in Kent. He began his career as a carpenter, progressing to co-director of a construction company where he led the delivery of office and restaurant refurbishment projects across the London region. Following a downturn in the commercial fit-out sector during the Covid-19 pandemic, Tony transitioned into building surveying, joining Harrisons as an Assistant Building Surveyor. He has since advanced to the role of Senior Building Surveyor.
In his current position, Tony is responsible for liaising with clients, conducting property inspections, and preparing reinstatement specifications. He also manages contractor engagement and project oversight, drawing on his hands-on experience in construction management and team leadership.
Tony graduated from the University of the Built Environment in 2025 and is currently undertaking structured training as part of the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), working toward becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor.
Outside of work and study, Tony enjoys spending time with his young family and taking day trips. He plays for a local football team, occasionally plays golf, and is an enthusiastic quiz participant. A lifelong Manchester United supporter, his football loyalty often sparks lively debate within his predominantly South London-based family.
