Development Site Sales
We provide specialist advice and expert knowledge to ensure that the maximum value of the site can be realised within your stated timescales.

One of the most material factors affecting price and timescale is whether to sell the site without planning or subject to planning consent, where the interested purchaser submits their own planning application following exchange of contracts and completes the transaction on approval of the consent.

Development Site Acquisitions
As part of our Development Site Acquisitions service we can provide the following:

  • Using specialist local knowledge, search and make enquiries into suitable off market sites
  • Following an agreed timescale, submit a shortlist of suitable sites matching the requirement

  • Submit an offer for a site either unconditional or on a “Subject to Planning” basis
  • Resolve any contract / planning issues in a timely manner
