Sold – Former Sittingbourne Industrial Park Site

Harrisons have sold this 26.5 acre Brownfield development site in the centre of Sittingbourne

The site, formerly known as Sittingbourne Industrial Park, underwent an 18 month marketing campaign.  The properties on site have already been demolished to prepare for redevelopment. The existing estate roads are currently the subject of a Stopping Up Order supported by Kent County Council.

The site is considered to be suitable for residential or a residential led mixed use development, subject to first obtaining the relevant planning consents.
