New employees required – Building Surveying and Valuation Jobs
Chartered Valuation and / or Building Surveyor Required
Due to the expansion of our Valuation and Building Surveying Departments, an opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and ambitious RICS Registered Valuer or RICS qualified Building Surveyor wishing to further their career.
Valuer: The successful candidate will already have at least 1 years experience in the valuation of commercial and residential properties, ideally in London or the South East.
Building Surveyor: The successful candidate will have a broad range of surveying experience such as surveys, insurance claims, party wall awards and dilapidations.
Based at our Gillingham Business Park or Maidstone offices, we offer an excellent salary package reflecting your experience and business growth potential, including commission on fees, car allowance, profit share, contributory pension scheme, 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays and your Birthday (only one a year!), private health and life insurance cover, maternity / paternity benefits over and above statutory requirements. Some of these benefits are subject to an initial qualifying period.
