Harrisons are pleased to announce a successful sale of land between Bronze Age Way and Picardy Manorway, Belvedere, Kent DA17

Harrisons originally acquired this 4 acre site for client’s.  However a change to their business model resulted in the site being surplus to requirement.  This enabled us to resell the site to a firm of experienced commercial developers.

The land was sold for over £2.5 million.
