Since our last update, the insulation is in place and the properties are now having their external steel cladding installed. The development remains on track to be completed over the summer.
The estate comprises 10 new light industrial units of 1,000 sq ft and 2 larger units of 1,500 sq ft. A number of units have already been reserved, confirming the ongoing demand for small business premises.
Precision 4 Business Park is on one of the first new developments of small units for a number of years in this area and will provide new and efficient business space for local businesses. The units are being constructed using a steel portal frame with insulated steel cladding and roofs, each benefiting from sliding sectional loading doors and a separate personnel door. Each unit will have a maximum eaves height of 6.5 metres reducing to 6 metres at the rear.
