Residential Development Site Sold – Land at Lydbrook Close, Sittingbourne, Kent

Harrisons are pleased to announce the sale of a residential development site at Lydbrook Close, Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 1NW

The 4.01 acre (1.62 Ha) site has been sold to a developer with the benefit of detailed planning consent for a mix of 49 residential units.

Harrisons sought bids from developers in late 2017 and following a successful marketing campaign the site was put under offer in December 2017.  Due to a number of site specific issues it was necessary for Harrisons to liaise with other consultants and client’s lawyers to assist with developing solutions that enabled completion to take place in March 2018.
