Harrisons are pleased to announce a successful sale of a Commercial Development Site at Vantage Point North, Holborough Road, Snodland, Kent ME6 5SL

The subject site mostly comprises a storage compound for heavy duty plant vehicles, with a vacant section to the north and another to the south.

At approximately 9 acres (3.64 Hecatres) the site is a mixture of concrete hard standing and hardcore/aggregate with a boundary fence around the whole site other than the southern most section, which is currently reserved for open space as part of any future scheme, known as the pocket park and is fully landscaped.

The site is allocated for employment uses within the Local Plan although consent for a commercial business park has expired.

Harrisons sold the sold for over £4.5 million onbehalf of clients subject to the existing tenancy.
